Opening Exhibit Day for “The View: Celebrating Area Artist Groups”

We are very excited to announce our new exhibit “the view: Celebrating Area Artist Groups” featuring local art groups Dixie Watercolor Society, Color Country Camera Club, Washington County Fiber Artists and Southern Utah Art Guild. This exhibit will be open April 29th and will go through August 16th, 2017

The exhibit is filled with beautiful and unique artwork including photography, watercolor, paintings, fiber art, mixed media and much more all created by local artists of Southern Utah!

The opening day for the exhibit will be held Saturday, April 29th from 10am – 5pm. Opening day is free to the public and will also be apart of our special Twenty for 20 events!

We hope to see you on Saturday to celebrate our new and beautiful exhibit with local artists!

Exhibit Change • Museum Temporarily Closed

We would like to thank Shu Yamamoto for the fun and wonderful exhibit Fine Art of Feline Art (an art historical adventure) at The St. George Art Museum! We are also very pleased that we had the opportunity to showcase some of our permanent collection to start our Twenty Year Celebration at the museum’s current location.

The St. George Art Museum will be temporarily closed from Thursday, April 20th – Friday, April 28th for our exhibit change.

Our next exhibit will feature local artist groups in Southern Utah. These groups include Color Camera Country Club, Dixie Watercolor Society, Southern Utah Art Guild, and Washington County Fiber Artists.

Come in before it ends!

We have one week left before our exhibits Fine Art of Feline Art by Shu Yamamoto (an art historical adventure) and Celebrating the Permanent Collection 20+ years of collecting come to an end. Our last day of the exhibits will be Wednesday, April 19th.
